A quick way to test out the games weapons / mechanics.

Post by 2K9CON » Tue Jul 08, 2014 9:04 pm

After playing for a couple of hours on the largest map so far I love the game!

But is there anyway currently to spawn items or edit you save to give yourself items? As this is in alpha I would like to test all the items currently in game and I'm finding it hard to do so as so far I have only found food, water, baseball bat and pistol ammo.

I have looked into the save files and saw a way to edit it but don't want to do it in case I break my save game.

Any help?

Hello 2K9CON,

Yes i will work soon on a "PlayGround" game mode when the player will start on a flat terrain and will be able to spawn every objects / weapons of the game to test them out.

And yes don't edit the save files, it is useless as it is relying on some binary files so changing the text in the XML file is useless.
