Coop I can see syncing the two procedural generated worlds is the issue imagine doing a 3-5 minute regen every time you cross into a new territory - how do you keep track of what was left behind and their condition when you move between the two, or three, or four. This is probably why the large MMOs...

agreed - maybe a voting scale like 1 to 5 (does this discussion board support it). the suggestion was to help develop the idea/concepts further not repeat them over and over - principal topic areas simple help create a drill down approach to what is being discussed and help others to understand their roles. It would be nice to have some items struck down with the basic explanation...

a developed back story can explain the situation and "oddities" better than a manual while providing a basis to build on whether it with notebooks found and discussions with NPC of new territories - making it an exploration of information as well as simply survivial,

instead of calling them Geiger counters maybe they are simply radiation sensors and they can be found somewhat frequently. maybe you provide a slider for tweaking +/- 20% and see what people use during the alpha phase - you can grab all of the prefs for quantification via standard xml upload (submitted on close)
